Samsung's handset design has always been innovative. Last year's spotlight P408 is an amazing design, with its display screen can be rotated 180 degrees. In november this year, Samsung has showed the enhanced version of P408 during PT Wireless & Networking Comm China 2003. This new CDMA 1X EVDO 3G handset SCH-V420 is alike P408's design. Apart from 270 degree rotating LCD display, the blade can also be rotated to the left and right, so that the inner display can be turned to the front after 270 degrees rotation. Samsung called it as "twist-and-flip Swing design". The stunning part is the buttons at the middle of the top side remain unchanged, for controlling web and sms browsing. Thanks to the advanced multimedia function of CDMA 1XEVDO 3G technology, SCH-V420 comes with built-in 1.33M Pixels camera, enabling shooting maximum 130mins long MPEG4 video at QVGA resolution. Users can also enjoy downloading video or audio clips at a maximum speed of 2.4Mbps. Memory Stick slot is included to support memory expansion.
